“The Experience of the American Soldier” rings true in Ulster County. I’ve advocated for reality based education to lay the foundation for future soldiers/veterans to give them a heads up. To give them a better chance of survival and perhaps a new perspective on the reality of war. Ulster County takes it one step further in case my programs fail.
Ulster County Veterans Memorial is like no Memorial I’ve ever seen. Not only does it honor those that have paid the ultimate sacrifice but it leaves a void to allow future soldiers in future wars to die.
