February 26th

When I think of Buffalo I think of a cold out of the way city tucked in the outer reaches of the ice age. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Buffalo has embraced me and my project and helped to get the word out. I’ve been invited to events, exhibits, Maratime Presentations, and even veteran outreach group therapy to make me feel comfortable. People are not frozen in place with icicles hanging down from their beards but they are rather a warm and sensitive lot with a sense of pride and dignity. They offer a lending hand rather than reach out wanting something.

What can I do for you is the essence of many greetings when told of who and what I am.

Thank you Buffalo!
