Thank You Beacon House
Today is my last day in a shelter before heading home. United Veterans Beacon House has housed me for the last two weeks.
I’ve slept 45 nights in shelters, veteran outreach centers, or facilities temporarily housing veterans. I’ve documented every facility, veteran, and process available to our veteran community. I made it a point to talk to as many veterans as possible about their needs and what is necessary for them to move forward. I’ve reached out to and been accepted by our elected officials at the highest levels.
It’s time to go home!!!
