Walk With Frank Family Day
Leaving Kingston I headed south towards the small town of Highland NY home of “Walkway Over The Hudson Historic State Park”. Well not exactly, it’s home to 1/2 of the historic state park. The other half is in Poughkeepsie NY across the Hudson River.
On Sunday April 28th we will embrace the families that have a loved one suffering with PTSD. PTSD is contagious and when one person suffers so to does the family unit.
Today I am halfway to Highland and I stopped to Mark my journey on a beautiful day. Today was 75 degrees warmer than the first day I started in Niagara Falls NY.
